As for the mysteries, I fell in love with Cape Cod Radio Mystery Theater when a young boy in high school who struggled at times to fall asleep. I would put in a cassette into my radio/cassette player and listen, captivated. I’ve loved them since and want to introduce my young boys to the mysteries as we travel across country this summer. On a previous trip, they fell in love with Carlton E. Morse’s “The Thing That Cries in the Night” from his “I Love a Mystery” series.
